SUSTAINABLE HERITAGE

Each new resident is greeted by a sparkling residence that has been adapted to contemporary living conditions and sustainable modernity, thanks to a systematic renovation and maintenance program.

The Michel Pastor Group (MPI) has a dedicated engineering department that is responsible for developing renovation programs. This department creates designs and implements modern, efficient, and eco-friendly solutions that promote the proper development of infrastructure while adhering to contemporary and prestigious operating standards. Additionally, all engineering solutions put forth by the department must align with the environmental values and choices of the Group.

At Residence Monte Carlo, we take great pride in our commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly practices. We have implemented various methods to reduce our energy consumption and minimize our carbon footprint, including the use of timers connected to presence detection in common areas, low-voltage light bulbs for collective lighting, and selective waste sorting on each floor, which is carried out multiple times a day by our dedicated teams. Our efforts have been recognized with ISO 14001 certification, an international standard that validates our exceptional environmental management practices.

From the intial design phase of Residence Monte Carlo, MPI has implemented features such as external mobile sunshades and protected loggias.

This prerequisite is the basic premise for the sustainable implementation of each project. The Michel Pastor Group is committed to promoting our clients’ well-being by employing eco-responsible practices in the development of infrastructure, structures, and services across all areas of the high-end real estate sector:
  • Construction,
  • Renovation and maintenance,
  • Daily management of residences,
  • Associated services.
For all of its residences, The Michel Pastor Group implements a strategy that limits the impact of activities on the environment.
The systematic renovation program of the residences is based on sustainable, functional, and aesthetic criteria.
The ISO 14001 certification validates our environmental management processes.
The materials used in our renovations come from controlled supply chains.
The mobile sun shades that protect each room of the RMC residences according to the orientation of the sun are made of wood.
This system helps to limit direct solar radiation on the housing.
Energy-efficient lighting is preferred in the common areas.
The Group's environmental strategy meets the carbon neutrality objectives set by the Principality of Monaco by 2050.
